Author’s Guidelines
1. Submission of Manuscripts
¨ Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere.
¨ Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).
¨ The manuscript must be written in clear and concise English.
2. Manuscript Structure
A typical manuscript should contain the following sections:
¨ Title Page – Title of the paper, Author(s) name(s), Affiliation(s), Contact details, ORCID ID (if available).
¨ Abstract – Not more than 250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
¨ Keywords – 4 to 6 relevant keywords.
¨ Introduction – Background, problem statement, research objectives, and significance.
¨ Literature Review – Relevant existing works.
¨ Methodology – Research methods, data sources, and analytical framework.
¨ Discussion/Analysis – Critical discussion and legal reasoning.
¨ Findings/Results – Outcomes of the research.
¨ Conclusion & Recommendations – Summary of findings and implications.
¨ References – Cited works in proper referencing style.
3. Formatting Guidelines
¨ Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
¨ Headings: Bold, properly numbered (1, 1.1, 1.2 etc.).
¨ Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
¨ Word Limit: 5,000 – 8,000 words (including references).
4. Referencing Style
¨ Follow APA 7th edition or OSCOLA (Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities) as preferred referencing style.
¨ Footnotes should be used consistently where necessary.
5. Plagiarism Policy
¨ Manuscripts must be original.
¨ Similarity index should not exceed 15%.
¨ Papers with high plagiarism will be rejected.
6. Peer Review Policy
¨ The journal follows a double-blind peer review process.
¨ All submissions are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
7. Ethical Considerations
¨ Authors must ensure the accuracy of data and proper acknowledgment of sources.
¨ Any conflict of interest must be declared.
8. Copyright & License
¨ Upon acceptance, the copyright will be transferred to the journal.
¨ Authors grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, and index their work.
9. Publication Frequency
¨ The journal is published half-yearly (two issues per year).
