The Journal of Law and Human Rights is an international peer-reviewed law journal dedicated to publishing high-quality and original research in all fields of law. The journal offers a platform for scholars, academicians, legal practitioners, and students to contribute innovative ideas, critical legal analysis, and discussions on contemporary issues.
 
We welcome research articles, review papers, case studies, and book reviews covering (but not limited to) the following areas:
Constitutional & Administrative Law, Criminal Law & Criminology, Civil Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, International Law & Human Rights Law, Environmental & Climate Change Law, Intellectual Property & Cyber Law, Family Law, Labour & Employment Law, Taxation Law & Banking Law, Jurisprudence, Comparative Law & Legal Theory, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Arbitration, Socio-Legal Studies & Law Reform
 
Submission Guidelines
– Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
– Word Limit: 5,000 – 8,000 words (including references).
– Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx), Times New Roman, Font size 12, 1.5 spacing.
– Referencing Style: APA 7th edition or OSCOLA.
– All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
– Plagiarism must not exceed 15%.
 
Frequency of Publication
The journal is published half-yearly (two issues per year).
